The deadline for selecting specializations for master's degree programs has been extended, according to the State Examination Center (SEC).
The Operative Information Center-OMM reported that bachelors who meet the competition requirements and are eligible to participate in the specialization selection process must now submit their choices online by 13:00 on July 27.
As of 09:15 on July 27, a total of 15,633 bachelors—14,251 from the Azerbaijani section and 1,382 from the Russian section—have successfully confirmed their applications.
During the selection period, candidates are required to choose up to 20 specialization codes that align with their undergraduate degree and personal preferences. These codes must be entered and confirmed in the "Bachelor's Electronic Specialization Selection Application" in the desired order of priority. Candidates must ensure their selections comply with eligibility criteria, including specific foreign language requirements for certain programs. A comprehensive list of available specializations and allocated spots is detailed in the 4th issue of the "Magistr" journal, which is available in PDF format on the official website www.abiturient.az.
Only those candidates who have successfully selected and confirmed their specializations in the electronic application will be permitted to participate in the competition. Further details regarding the selection process can be found in the official announcement.
