Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, visited the family of Suleyman Suleymanov, a participant in the "Young Beekeeper" project, during her trip to Yevlakh.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Leyla Aliyeva engaged in a warm conversation with the young beekeeper's family members. She inquired about their living conditions, their activities in the beekeeping sector, the initial results they have achieved, and their future plans. During the visit, she also participated in the cheese-making process on the farm and presented gifts to the family.
During the meeting, detailed information was provided regarding the beekeeping farm established under the "Young Beekeeper" project, including the maintenance of bee colonies, honey production, and future development opportunities for the farm. The family expressed their gratitude to Leyla Aliyeva for the attention and support, presenting her with beekeeping products.
It is worth noting that project participant Suleyman Suleymanov is a veteran who took part in the 44-day Patriotic War and subsequent anti-terror measures. He has been awarded the "For the Liberation of Sugovushan," "Brave Warrior," and "Participant of the Patriotic War" medals.
The "Young Beekeeper" project, launched in 2021, is implemented through the initiative of the IDEA Public Union in partnership with the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Employment Agency, and the "ABAD" public legal entity. The project aims to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity, promote the development of beekeeping as an eco-entrepreneurship sector, support natural honey production, and assist in improving the financial well-being of young families.
