The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has amended the decision "On norms of business trip expenses" dated January 25, 2008.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decree in this regard.
According to the decree, hotel expenses for employees of the President's Protocol Service, who facilitate protocol events during domestic trips involving the President, the First Lady, and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, will be reimbursed based on actual costs upon the presentation of supporting documents.
This adjustment is designed to enhance the administrative efficiency of high-level state visits within Azerbaijan. By allowing for reimbursement based on actual expenditures for these specific protocol duties, the government ensures that the logistical requirements of the Presidential Administration are met with necessary flexibility. The Cabinet of Ministers regularly updates financial norms to reflect current economic conditions and administrative standards.
