İranın Küveytə hücumu: 6 yaralı

Six people have been injured after shells and shrapnel fell on a residential settlement in northern Kuwait during an attack by Iran, according to Kuwaiti Health Ministry spokesperson Abdullah al-Sanad.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the state news agency KUNA released the details of the incident. Emergency medical teams and relevant security services were immediately dispatched to the site to manage the situation.

The Health Ministry statement confirmed that all victims received necessary medical attention. "All the injured have been provided with the required medical care; their condition is stable, and there are no serious complications," the official statement read. Additionally, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense reported that within the last 24 hours, the country's air defenses intercepted and neutralized 9 ballistic missiles, 4 cruise missiles, and 31 drones within the emirate's airspace.

This escalation comes amid heightened regional tensions involving Iran and its neighboring states. Kuwait, a key non-NATO ally of the West in the Persian Gulf, maintains a strategic position in regional security architectures. Such incidents underscore the volatile security environment in the Middle East and the increasing use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and missile technology in regional conflicts, prompting calls for increased vigilance and international diplomatic intervention to prevent further destabilization.
