Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Azerbaijani leader being honored with the prestigious Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.
