Qarabağ FK has been identified as the highest spender on administrative salaries among clubs competing in the Misli Premier League for the year 2024.
According to information obtained by the Operative Information Center-OMM, these figures were officially disclosed in the latest financial report released by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA). The data highlights a significant disparity in administrative budgets across the top tier of Azerbaijani football.
The Aghdam-based club, Qarabağ, leads the ranking with a total administrative wage expenditure of 6,805,500 manats. Sabah (Masazır) follows in second place with 5,145,600 manats, while Neftçi rounds out the top three with a budget of 1,976,847 manats for its administrative staff.
The administrative salary expenditures for the remaining league clubs are as follows:

The disclosure of these financial figures is part of Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts to increase transparency within its professional sports sector. The Misli Premier League, the country's top-flight football division, has seen increased investment in recent years as clubs strive for success both domestically and in European competitions. These administrative costs typically cover non-playing staff, including management, logistics, and office personnel essential for the professional operation of the clubs.
