US President Donald Trump has stated that he believes the ongoing challenges regarding the Shia organization Hezbollah in Syria can be resolved.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Trump made these remarks while speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the G7 summit held in France.

The US leader noted that he had suggested allowing Israel to handle the issue of Hezbollah in Syria. "I suggested that they let Israel deal with it, because frankly, I think they can handle it better," Donald Trump stated.

President Trump further emphasized that he views Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara as a suitable figure to help establish order regarding this matter. He characterized the situation as a minor issue that arises periodically.

The G7 summit, which brings together leaders from the world's seven largest advanced economies, serves as a critical forum for coordinating global policy on security, economic, and geopolitical challenges. Discussions regarding Middle Eastern stability and the role of regional actors like Hezbollah remain a recurring and significant topic on the international diplomatic agenda.
