State-issued educational documents are now accessible via the "myGov" platform.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, graduates of 2026 can now retrieve their electronically signed educational documents directly through the "myGov" web portal by navigating to the "My Education Data" and subsequently the "My Electronic Education Documents" section.
The authenticity of these documents can be verified by scanning the QR code located on the document or by entering the document number and date of birth in the "Document Verification" section of the edu.gov.az website. The platform is expected to expand its functionality, with these digital documents becoming available on the "myGov" mobile application in the near future.
This initiative is part of the ongoing digitalization of public services in Azerbaijan, aimed at streamlining administrative processes for citizens. By integrating educational records into the centralized "myGov" portal, the government of Azerbaijan continues to enhance accessibility and transparency, reducing the need for physical documentation and simplifying verification procedures for graduates entering the workforce or pursuing further studies.
