Sources indicate that the discussions between the heads of state were intensive and continued in a "non-stop" format. Prior to the meeting, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the SCO member states, emphasizing the necessity of joint efforts to prevent the incitement of armed conflicts globally. Putin noted that cooperation within the framework of the organization makes a significant contribution to fostering an environment of peace and stability across the Eurasian continent.
