Electricity supply will be temporarily suspended in certain areas of the Yasamal and Nizami districts of Baku today due to scheduled maintenance work.

This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by Azerishig OJSC.

According to the statement, maintenance and inspection work will be carried out at transformer substations within the Yasamal District Power Supply and Sales Department. Consequently, power supply will be restricted from 10:00 to 13:00 on Parliament Avenue and parts of Mikayil Mushvig, Kazim Kazimzade, and Ismayil bey Gutgashinli streets.

Additionally, maintenance work at transformer substations in the Nizami District will result in power outages from 10:00 to 13:00, affecting Ilham Muzaffaroglu and Ali Valiyev streets, as well as sections of Gara Garayev Avenue.

Azerishig noted that these upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to modernize the electrical grid in the capital. Once the maintenance and inspection work is completed, the affected areas will be reconnected to a more stable and reliable electricity supply.
