The registration process for undergraduate admission examinations in Azerbaijan is set to conclude today, with the application window closing at 23:59. Prospective students wishing to participate in the exams must complete their applications through the official online portal.
The State Examination Center (SEC) informed Operative Information Center-OMM that as of 09:00 on January 26, a total of 20,346 undergraduates had officially confirmed their electronic applications. According to the SEC, 18,542 of these candidates registered for the Azerbaijani section, while 1,804 individuals registered for the Russian section.
To participate, candidates without an existing personal account must first create one on the ekabinet.dim.gov.az website. Following account creation, the required examination fee must be deposited into the account balance. Detailed information regarding payment methods is available on the epayment.dim.gov.az webpage. After completing the payment, candidates must log in using their credentials to fill out and confirm the "Undergraduate Electronic Application" form. Only those who have confirmed their electronic applications will be permitted to sit for the exam.
The entrance examination is scheduled to take place on February 15, 2026. Candidates will be able to print their "Examination Admission Tickets" approximately 4–5 days prior to the test date. The State Examination Center of Azerbaijan is the primary body responsible for conducting centralized admission tests for higher and secondary specialized education institutions in the country, ensuring a transparent and standardized assessment process for all applicants.
