The first deputy head of the Babek District Executive Authority has been relieved of his duties.
According to the "Operative Information Center-OMM", the head of the Babek District Executive Authority, Ovni Muradov, signed a corresponding decree regarding this decision.
Under the terms of the decree, Emin Nuraddin oglu Mammadkhanli has been dismissed from his position as the first deputy head of the Babek District Executive Authority. It should be noted that E. Mammadkhanli had been appointed to this post in September 2023.
This dismissal is part of ongoing administrative and personnel reforms currently being implemented across the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Such measures are frequently undertaken by local executive bodies in Azerbaijan to enhance governance efficiency and ensure the effective implementation of state policies at the regional level.
