The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has extended its official congratulations to the Federative Republic of Brazil on the occasion of its Independence Day.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Ministry shared a congratulatory message on its official "X" (formerly Twitter) account.
"We extend our sincere congratulations to the government and people of the Federative Republic of Brazil on the occasion of their National Day," the Ministry stated in the post.
Brazil's Independence Day, celebrated annually on September 7, commemorates the country's declaration of independence from Portugal in 1822. Azerbaijan and Brazil maintain diplomatic relations, with both nations actively engaging in bilateral cooperation across various sectors, including trade, energy, and cultural exchange, within the framework of international organizations.
