Azerbaijan Film Days have been held in Berlin, showcasing the nation's cinematic achievements to a European audience. The event was co-organized by the Cinema Agency under the Ministry of Culture, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Germany, and the Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Berlin.

According to information provided by the Ministry to Operative Information Center-OMM, the primary focus of this cultural event was the screening of the film "The Dance of Victory" (Zəfər rəqsi).

Isa Mammadov, the acting director of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, outlined the mission of the event, emphasizing the importance of promoting Azerbaijani cinema on the international stage and fostering intercultural dialogue. People's Artist Mehriban Zeki also addressed the attendees, highlighting the successes of local cinematography in recent years and the significance of direct engagement between modern Azerbaijani films and foreign audiences.

Shafaq Mehraliyeva, the author of the film's idea and executive director of the "Edibin Evi" (Writer's House) Literature Support Fund, noted the symbolic importance of launching the international screening of the work specifically in Berlin. Following the official part of the event and the film screening, a networking session was organized for the participants.

The promotion of Azerbaijani culture in Germany serves as a vital bridge for bilateral relations, utilizing cinema as a medium for soft power and historical storytelling. In recent years, Azerbaijan has significantly increased its cultural presence in major European capitals, aiming to share its rich heritage and modern artistic perspectives with a global audience. These initiatives often highlight the country's rapid development and its commitment to international cultural exchange.
