During the period from January to July of this year, the nominal income of the population in Azerbaijan reached 55 billion 631.8 million manats.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cited data from the State Statistics Committee, this figure represents a 9.8 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The State Statistics Committee regularly monitors economic indicators to assess the standard of living and overall economic health of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Nominal income growth is a key metric used by policymakers to evaluate the effectiveness of social welfare programs and economic reforms aimed at enhancing the purchasing power of the population. These statistics are essential for the Cabinet of Ministers in planning future budgetary allocations and social support measures to ensure sustainable economic development across the country.
