Azerbaijan is set to export another batch of petroleum products to Armenia today, continuing the ongoing supply of transit goods between the two nations.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, a shipment consisting of 16 railcars, totaling 977 tons of diesel fuel, is being dispatched from the Bilajari station toward the Boyuk Kasik direction.

To date, Azerbaijan has exported nearly 16,000 tons of diesel and approximately 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline to Armenia, demonstrating the established logistical cooperation regarding energy resources.

Simultaneously, further transit shipments from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijani territory are being processed today. This includes five railcars carrying 355 tons of wheat, three railcars transporting 180 tons of fertilizer, and two railcars containing 138 tons of timber, all routed toward the Boyuk Kasik direction.

These transit operations underscore the role of regional infrastructure in facilitating trade. Previously, approximately 60,000 tons of grain, 9,000 tons of fertilizer, 1,414 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminum, 1,114 tons of coal, and 334 tons of timber have been successfully transported from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijan.
