Armenia’s former Security Council secretary has joined the international consulting group as a senior adviser.

Armen Grigoryan, Armenia’s former Security Council secretary, has been appointed senior adviser at the international consulting group Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG).

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the company announced the appointment on LinkedIn.

PMCG is an international consulting company that implements development projects in the Caucasus and countries with emerging economies.

The company said it was pleased to welcome Grigoryan to its team.

It noted that, in addition to holding senior government positions, Grigoryan has extensive experience in strategic management, diplomacy, international relations, institutional reforms, crisis management and regional security.

Grigoryan served as secretary of Armenia’s Security Council from 2018 to 2026. During that period, he was involved in national security and foreign policy, interagency coordination, as well as high-level international negotiations and strategic dialogues.

He also served as Armenia’s acting foreign minister in 2021.

PMCG works on development and management consulting projects, with a focus on the Caucasus and emerging markets.
