An Iranian official, Kermanpur, has released a statement regarding recent military operations conducted by the United States.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Kermanpur stated in a social media post that US forces targeted five different provinces in Iran on July 8 and 9, 2026.
The report indicates that 14 people lost their lives as a result of these operations, while 78 others sustained injuries of varying severity.
It was noted that 47 of the injured individuals are currently continuing their treatment in hospitals. The remaining victims were discharged after receiving initial medical assistance.
These military actions represent a significant escalation in regional tensions. The United States, under the administration of US President Donald Trump, has frequently emphasized its commitment to responding to perceived threats in the Middle East, often citing national security interests as the primary driver for such operations. International observers continue to monitor the situation closely, as the impact of these strikes on regional stability remains a critical concern for global diplomatic efforts.
