A series of meetings titled "Yuksalish at the Writer's House" is scheduled to be held at the "Edibin Evi" Literature Support Center for the winners of the "Yuksalish" (Ascension) competition. According to Operative Information Center-OMM, 116 winners from the competition's five seasons will participate in these events hosted at the former residence of Mir Jalal Pashayev, a prominent 20th-century Azerbaijani writer, scientist, and educator, located in the historic Icherisheher district of Baku.

The discussions will focus on the philosophy of Azerbaijanism, the preservation of national identity, the pivotal role of the mother tongue, and the application of these values across various management sectors. The initiative aims to promote the vision shared by President Ilham Aliyev regarding the Azerbaijani language as a fundamental pillar of national identity, statehood, and strategic governance. Participants will explore the concept of the native language not merely as a tool for communication, but as a carrier of national ideology and intellectual responsibility.

Experts from "Edibin Evi" will serve as guest speakers, analyzing the influence of literature, language, and national spiritual heritage on leadership and management thinking. The "Edibin Evi" Literature Support Center is dedicated to the study and promotion of Azerbaijani literature and history, placing special emphasis on the intellectual development of the younger generation and the role of literature in fostering patriotism.

The "Yuksalish" competition was established by a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The competition is designed to identify and support high-potential leaders in Azerbaijan, providing winners with a one-year individual development plan mentored by top government officials and a cash prize of 20,000 manats. On December 10, 2025, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to hold the sixth "Yuksalish" competition, continuing the state's commitment to human capital development in Azerbaijan.
