The White House has announced the production of a limited-edition passport featuring a special design with the portrait of US President Donald Trump.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that official sources have released information regarding the upcoming series. The passports are scheduled to be made available in July this year, ahead of the 250th anniversary of US independence.
The layout of the new document features the portrait of US President Donald Trump framed by the text of the 1776 Declaration of Independence and elements of the American flag. The design is completed with gold embossing and includes the personal signature of the head of state. Another presentation poster depicts a reproduction of the famous painting showing the signing of the historic document by the Founding Fathers.
The release of these commemorative documents comes as the United States prepares for its Semiquincentennial celebrations, marking 250 years of independence. Such initiatives are traditionally aimed at highlighting national heritage and significant historical milestones. Previously, the US Commission of Fine Arts also approved the issuance of a commemorative gold coin featuring the portrait of US President Donald Trump.
