The State Border Service (SBS) of Azerbaijan has officially inaugurated its new Driving Center, marking a significant step in the modernization of the agency's logistical and training infrastructure.
According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the State Border Service, the center features newly reconstructed administrative and educational buildings designed to meet contemporary standards.
The facility is equipped with comprehensive resources for both theoretical and practical driver training. It includes modern classrooms, specialized training grounds, technical maintenance areas, and garages for vehicle storage. This infrastructure is intended to improve the efficiency of the training process, elevate the professional skills of drivers, and bolster the overall transport capabilities of the State Border Service.
Following the official opening ceremony, the leadership of the State Border Service inspected the new facilities. The tour included an examination of the headquarters building, the training infrastructure, fully equipped classrooms, dormitory facilities, a canteen, and housing for officers.
The establishment of this center aligns with the broader efforts of the Azerbaijani government to modernize the operational capabilities of its security and defense agencies, ensuring that personnel are trained to the highest professional standards.
