Bişkekdə "ŞƏT plyus" formatında yüksək səviyyəli görüş start götürüb

A high-level meeting in the "SCO Plus" format has officially commenced in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The summit brings together leaders and high-ranking representatives from over 15 nations to address pressing geopolitical challenges.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev is participating in the event, representing Azerbaijan's commitment to regional dialogue and cooperation.

Kyrgyz officials stated that the agenda focuses on a broad spectrum of issues concerning global security, regional stability, and economic integration. The "SCO Plus" format serves as a strategic platform, allowing the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to engage with non-member states, thereby fostering more inclusive political and diplomatic dialogue across Eurasia.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, established in 2001, has evolved into a significant multilateral body focused on security, economic, and cultural cooperation. By utilizing the "SCO Plus" format, the organization aims to expand its influence and address trans-regional issues that require collaborative solutions beyond its core membership.
