Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the opening ceremony of the prestigious event is being held at the Gulustan Palace. Organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, the forum features the participation of approximately 400 high-level delegates, including current and former heads of state, government officials, and influential decision-makers from across the globe.
