Voting in Armenia's parliamentary elections commenced at 08:00 local time (coinciding with Baku time). According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cited the Armenian Central Election Commission (CEC), there are 2,485,851 eligible voters in the country.

A total of 2,005 polling stations have opened across the country, with voting scheduled to conclude at 20:00. The outcome of these elections will determine the composition of the new parliament and, consequently, the country's next prime minister.

Eighteen political forces—comprising two blocs and 16 parties—are participating in the elections. To secure parliamentary representation, parties must meet a 4% threshold, while blocs are subject to an 8% threshold for two-party alliances and 10% for alliances with more than two parties. There is no minimum voter turnout requirement for the election results to be considered valid.

The pre-election campaign unfolded amidst significant external influence, with experts pointing to Russia as a primary source of such pressure. Relevant authorities in the country have repeatedly documented attempts by opposition blocs and parties to influence voters through illicit means.

According to data from the Armenian representative office of the "GALLUP International Association," 32.4% of respondents indicated their readiness to vote for the "Civil Contract" party, led by incumbent Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. These elections are widely viewed as a critical juncture for Armenia's domestic and foreign policy trajectory, particularly regarding regional stability and post-conflict normalization processes in the South Caucasus.
