The United States is no longer in a position to unilaterally dictate international politics and must abandon its "unlawful and illogical" demands, according to an Iranian official.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that these remarks were made by Iran's Deputy Defense Minister Talayi Nik. He emphasized that Washington is being forced to recognize the limits of its influence in the modern geopolitical landscape.
"Today, the entire world views the United States and Israel as symbols of state terrorism. The U.S. is no longer in a state where it can dictate international policy alone. This has been clearly demonstrated to the world through the will of the Iranian people and the Armed Forces. The U.S. will have to accept that it must renounce its illegal and illogical demands," Nik stated during his address.
The statement comes at a time of significant shifts in Middle Eastern diplomacy and security dynamics. Relations between Tehran and Washington have been characterized by long-standing tensions regarding maritime security, nuclear enrichment, and regional proxy conflicts. Under the administration of US President Donald Trump, the United States has maintained a firm stance on regional security, while Iran continues to assert that a new balance of power is forming that diminishes Western hegemony in the region.
