The heads of state of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries have signed 28 documents following the conclusion of the summit held in Bishkek.

The leaders signed the Bishkek Declaration marking the 25th anniversary of the SCO, as well as an Action Plan for 2026-2028 on ensuring international information security among member states. Additionally, they adopted an Action Plan for the development of ports and logistics centers for the 2026-2030 period.
Furthermore, the participants of the Council of Heads of State signed a declaration on strengthening multilateral partnerships for nuclear and physical nuclear security. Other key agreements included designating Lahore, Pakistan, as the SCO's tourism and cultural capital for 2026-2027, alongside various other cooperative frameworks.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, established in 2001, serves as a major Eurasian political, economic, and security alliance. By fostering cooperation among its member states, the organization aims to address regional security challenges, promote economic integration, and enhance cultural ties across the continent, playing an increasingly significant role in global geopolitics.
