President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree dismissing Saleh Arshad oglu Mammadov from his position as Chairman of the Board of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that by another decree of the head of state, Vusal Zakir oglu Nasirli has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.
Prior to this appointment, Vusal Nasirli served as the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. He brings extensive administrative experience to the agency responsible for the country's transport infrastructure. Saleh Mammadov had headed the agency since its reorganization into a state agency in late 2017.

The State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads is a key governmental body tasked with the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the road network across Azerbaijan. In recent years, the agency has been heavily involved in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly the restoration and reconstruction of transport corridors in the liberated territories of Garabagh and East Zangazur, which remain a top priority for the national development agenda.
