The Russian Armed Forces reportedly launched large-scale strikes against Ukraine's military-industrial and logistics infrastructure overnight.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Russian Ministry of Defense released a statement confirming the operation, which utilized high-precision ground-based weaponry. The strikes targeted several strategically significant facilities located in Kyiv.

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the attacks hit the "Novaya Pochta" terminal, which allegedly stored and distributed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), robotics, and electronic warfare systems, as well as the "Kyiv-3" logistics center.

Furthermore, industrial facilities in the city of Zaporizhzhia were also targeted. Reports indicate that the "Zaporizhstal" plant, which manufactures armored plates and body armor for military equipment, was among the sites struck.

The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasized that these strikes are intended to degrade Ukraine's military capabilities. These ongoing hostilities are part of the broader, protracted conflict that has significantly impacted regional security and global supply chains since its escalation in February 2022.
