A traffic accident involving a heavy-duty vehicle has occurred on the Outer Circular Road in the Garadagh district of Baku.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the incident was reported by the Intelligent Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
