Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov provided these details while answering questions from journalists. Peskov noted that regular contact between the Russian President and the governors of Belgorod and Bryansk is a standard practice in state administration, ensuring that the transition of power remains orderly.
According to the report, Vyacheslav Gladkov and Alexander Bogomaz were relieved of their duties on May 13. Alexander Shuvayev and Yegor Kovalchuk have been appointed as acting governors for the respective regions.
