Traffic congestion in Baku often intensifies during peak morning and evening hours due to the high volume of vehicles entering the capital from surrounding residential areas and the Absheron Peninsula. The Intelligent Transport Management Center continuously monitors these flows to optimize signal timings and provide real-time updates to motorists to ensure safety and improve urban mobility in Azerbaijan.
