A meeting in the "SCO Plus" format is currently underway in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the "Iris Ordo" Congress Center in Bishkek to participate in the high-level gathering.
President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov welcomed President Ilham Aliyev, along with other attending heads of state and government. Following the arrival of the leaders, the participants of the "SCO Plus" format meeting took part in a joint photo session.

The "SCO Plus" format serves as an important platform for the organization to engage with observer states, dialogue partners, and other regional stakeholders. Azerbaijan's participation underscores its growing role in regional connectivity projects and its commitment to strengthening cooperation with Central Asian nations and the broader SCO framework, particularly in areas of trade, energy, and transport logistics.
