President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Mongolia, Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, on the occasion of the country's national holiday.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the letter states:
"Dear Mr. President,
On the occasion of July 11 – the national holiday of Mongolia, I extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and, through you, to your entire people on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.
The current level of Azerbaijan-Mongolia relations, based on mutual respect and trust, is gratifying. We attach special importance to the comprehensive development of these ties, which are built on good traditions.
I believe that we will continue to make joint efforts to further strengthen the friendly relations between our countries and expand our cooperation in a number of areas of mutual interest for the benefit of our peoples.
On this pleasant day, I wish you good health, happiness, success in your work, and the friendly people of Mongolia lasting peace and prosperity."
