US President Donald Trump has been presented with new military plans by Pentagon officials, including proposals aimed at potentially ending the ongoing conflict with Iran.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that NBC News released this information, citing official sources.

According to the sources, there is currently no consensus among the US President's advisors regarding future measures. Proponents of ending the conflict have expressed concerns over the increasing economic instability worldwide since the start of military operations. Discussions on options to conclude the hostilities are becoming increasingly urgent as the US government seeks to mitigate the impact of rising global oil prices.

It should be noted that the United States and Israel launched military operations against Iran on February 28. In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced a large-scale retaliatory operation, targeting facilities in Israel, Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

The current escalation represents one of the most significant shifts in Middle Eastern geopolitics in recent years. The Pentagon's strategic review comes at a critical juncture for the Trump administration, which has prioritized regional stability and energy security. Historically, the United States has maintained a complex web of security alliances in the Persian Gulf to ensure the free flow of maritime trade through the Strait of Hormuz, a vital artery for global energy supplies.
