Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that Yerevan intends to work calmly and consistently with its Russian partners to resolve all outstanding issues. According to reports from Armenian media, the government remains committed to a steady diplomatic approach regarding bilateral relations.
As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, Pashinyan addressed concerns regarding the potential revision of agreements on gas and other resource supplies from Russia. "Our strategy remains unchanged: we will work with our Russian colleagues calmly, without nervousness, and patiently, and we will resolve all problems," he stated.
Pashinyan characterized the current state of Armenian-Russian relations as being in a "transformation phase," which he described as positive. He emphasized that Armenia continues to pursue a policy of diversifying its foreign relations while maintaining cooperation with various international partners. The Prime Minister also expressed confidence that the mechanisms within the Eurasian Economic Union would facilitate constructive solutions to current challenges, despite recent rhetoric regarding economic threats.
