Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will pay an official working visit to Georgia on March 3-4 to discuss bilateral relations and regional cooperation.

Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Georgian government, reports that Pashinyan will be received by the country's Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze. The visit is expected to include a one-on-one meeting between the two leaders to address strategic interests and the current geopolitical situation in the South Caucasus.

Following the private talks, a meeting of the Georgia-Armenia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation will be held, co-chaired by Kobakhidze and Pashinyan. The session will focus on expanding trade turnover, transport logistics, and energy projects. The prime ministers are scheduled to conclude the visit with joint statements to the media.

According to official reports, Nikol Pashinyan will be accompanied by a high-level delegation. The delegation includes Chief of the Prime Minister's Staff Araik Harutyunyan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, and Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan.

This visit comes at a time when regional dynamics are shifting, with both nations seeking to strengthen transit corridors and economic stability. Georgia has frequently acted as a mediator and a key transit hub for landlocked Armenia, making these high-level intergovernmental meetings essential for maintaining regional balance and fostering economic integration in the Caucasus.
