A mine incident occurred on September 10 in the area of Dashkend village in Khojaly district.
The information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA).
The agency said an anti-personnel mine exploded while its employee, Anar Iftikhar oghlu Hasanov, born in 1990, was performing his official duties. He sustained an injury to his left leg.
“The injured employee was evacuated to a district hospital. His condition is satisfactory,” the statement said.

According to information obtained by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the incident was recorded in the area of Dashkend village.
Anar Hasanov, who was injured in the incident, was taken to Khankendi City Hospital, according to the report.
An investigation is underway.
