The list of major international events scheduled for 2026 in Azerbaijan includes:
- The 13th UN World Urban Forum (WUF13) will be organized in Baku on May 17–22. For the first time, the forum will be held at the level of heads of state and government, focusing on urbanization processes, smart city concepts, and sustainable development.
- The 82nd session of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) will take place in Baku in April. The session will discuss socio-economic development perspectives and mutual cooperation among regional countries.
- The 32nd Plenary Session of the Egmont Group will also be held in Azerbaijan in 2026. This forum, with dates to be finalized, will bring together the world's leading financial intelligence units.
