Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has visited a military training ground to inspect the combat readiness of the Belarusian Armed Forces.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing the Pul Pervogo Telegram channel affiliated with the Belarusian leader's press service, that the visit is part of a comprehensive evaluation of the military's operational capabilities.
According to the report, Lukashenko visited the 227th training ground of the North-Western Operational Command as part of a large-scale inspection of the Armed Forces. The president was received at the facility, located in the Borisov district of the Minsk region, by Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin.
The inspection aims to assess the military's ability to mobilize and perform tasks in a rapidly changing security environment. Such drills have become more frequent in Belarus recently, reflecting the country's focus on enhancing its defense posture and maintaining high levels of personnel training. The 227th combined arms training ground is one of the primary facilities used by the Belarusian military for tactical exercises and live-fire drills involving various branches of the military.
