Four people have been injured in incidents caused by strong winds in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
The Ministry of Health told the “Operative Information Center-OMM”.
It said three women and one man had been hospitalized at the Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics under the Ministry of Health.
The injured people received appropriate medical assistance. Their conditions were assessed as satisfactory, and they were discharged for outpatient treatment. They were also given relevant recommendations on home care and medical monitoring.
Strong winds can cause falling objects, damage to buildings and other hazards, particularly in densely populated urban areas. Residents are advised to avoid unsecured structures and remain indoors when severe weather conditions occur.
