The number of casualties in Israel has reached 6,131 amid the ongoing joint military operations involving the United States and Israel against Iran. According to the latest official data, the regional security situation remains volatile following recent escalations.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Israeli Ministry of Health released these figures in an official statement on social media. The ministry noted that 118 individuals are currently receiving treatment in Israeli hospitals, with 18 patients reported to be in serious condition. Furthermore, the ministry emphasized that the number of fallen personnel from the Israel Defense Forces has reached 10 since February 28.

The current wave of hostilities began on February 28, when US President Donald Trump and Israeli leadership initiated military operations against Iran. These strikes resulted in the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking officials. In response, Iran launched retaliatory strikes targeting Israel as well as military bases of the US and its allies located in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, and Cyprus. This significant escalation has drawn international attention to the stability of the Middle East and the security of global energy corridors.
