Iran's armed forces have announced that they will no longer exercise restraint in launching retaliatory strikes against American facilities in the Middle East following threats to Iranian and Israeli energy infrastructure.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing foreign media outlets, that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stated it had previously applied certain limitations on its retaliatory actions based on principles of good neighborliness. However, the IRGC emphasized that these restrictions have now been lifted.
The IRGC further warned that if US President Donald Trump carries out threats to attack Iran's energy facilities, Iranian forces are prepared to inflict severe and long-term damage on US energy infrastructure across the region.
