According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Cabinet of Ministers has officially adopted the "Rules for determining the system, types, and amounts of remuneration for civilian employees who are not civil servants in military units of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan funded by the state budget."
Under the new decree, the Ministry of Defense is tasked with implementing the necessary measures to ensure the effective execution of these regulations. The decision, signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, is set to come into effect on January 1, 2026.
