The upcoming UEFA Champions League match is of strategic importance for Karabakh FK, according to the team's head coach, Qurban Qurbanov. As reported by Operativ Məlumat Mərkəzi-OMM, the coach shared these views during a press conference held ahead of the match against German club Eintracht Frankfurt in Baku.
The experienced specialist discussed the preparation process for the seventh-round encounter of the Champions League main stage. Qurbanov noted that while time was limited, the team worked to maximize efficiency. "This is a very important match for us. We did not have extensive time for preparation, but the team has prepared in a calm and planned manner. We used the available time effectively. The main goal was to bring the players to the required physical level. We will witness a confrontation between disciplined and competitive teams on the field," he said, emphasizing that the match will be played at a high tempo with intense tactical competition.
