In April of this year, smuggled goods with a total value of approximately 2.2 million manats were detected and seized in Azerbaijan.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the State Border Service released these figures as part of its monthly activity summary. According to the official statement, anti-smuggling operations resulted in the seizure of items valued at 2,168,103 manats, including Russian currency, firearms, ammunition, various medications, and tobacco products.
