In Kyiv, negotiations have commenced between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, the discussions are being held in a one-on-one format.
Following the initial meeting, the talks continued in an expanded format with the participation of both delegations.
