The Intelligent Transport Management Center monitors traffic flow in Azerbaijan's capital using a network of sensors and cameras to optimize urban mobility. Such congestion is typical during peak hours in Baku, as the city continues to expand its infrastructure to accommodate increasing vehicle volume. Authorities advise drivers to consider these delays and use alternative routes where possible to ensure timely arrival at their destinations.
