Azerbaijan is set to export a new shipment of oil products to Armenia today, according to official reports.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the shipment consists of 984 tons of diesel fuel transported in 17 rail cars.
The train carrying the fuel is scheduled to depart today at 16:00 from the Bilajari station of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, heading in the direction of Boyuk Kasik.
This development highlights ongoing discussions regarding the trade of energy resources between Baku and Yerevan. Such logistical and economic cooperation is often viewed as a potential step toward normalizing regional relations and fostering economic interdependence in the South Caucasus, a region that has historically faced significant geopolitical challenges.
