Ukrainian national team and AS Roma forward Artem Dovbyk is nearing a move to Serie A side Bologna, according to reports.
As reported by Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Calcio Bologna publication, the 29-year-old striker has already undergone a comprehensive medical examination ahead of the potential transfer.
The Bologna medical staff conducted the thorough assessment to confirm the player's full recovery following a previous surgery on his left thigh. According to the initial agreement, Dovbyk is expected to join the club on a loan basis.
Artem Dovbyk, a prominent figure in Ukrainian football, joined AS Roma last season. During his tenure with the Roman club, he made 14 appearances in the Italian championship, contributing three goals and one assist.
