Arne Slot "Liverpool"un transfer planlarını açıqladı: Kütləvi satış olmayacaq

Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has clarified the club's transfer plans, stating that a mass sale of players is not on the agenda.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Dutch specialist emphasized that the club is not planning a significant overhaul of the current squad.

The coach noted that the club has already recruited a significant number of new players over the past year, involving substantial financial investment:

"Our net loss over four transfer windows has been £150 million. This shows what kind of club we are. We know we will change at least two players, but Kostas is returning," Slot said.

Slot also addressed the status of several key figures within the team:

"First of all, we need to determine how we will react to the situation regarding Mo (Mohamed Salah). We have to decide whether we will replace him with a similar player or take a different step.

Currently, there is no likelihood of a large number of players leaving the team. Naturally, the situation regarding Ibu's (Ibrahima Konate) contract is on the agenda.

Acquiring two center forwards was a very good move. Although many initially criticized the purchase of two players of the same type, it now appears to have been the right decision. There is even discussion about the necessity of acquiring another striker in the summer.

Isak's return is a positive development, but he is not yet ready to play a full 90 minutes."

Arne Slot took the helm at Liverpool following the conclusion of the 2023-2024 season, succeeding Jurgen Klopp. The club, which remains one of the most successful entities in global football, has been focused on a transition period aimed at maintaining its competitive edge in both the Premier League and European competitions. Slot's comments reflect a strategy of continuity and targeted reinforcements rather than drastic changes to the squad structure.
